Welcome to J.M. Scott Construction

About Us

With experience working in commercial properties from Class A to  industrial, J.M. Scott Construction takes every precaution to care for the properties in which we are working. We protect the building's MEP systems, finishes within the building, and make sure  the areas on the exterior of the building that are used for construction  purposes are kept clean. We are also considerate of neighboring tenants and take every precaution to limit disturbance.

Just a few of the services we provide to limit disturbance and provide exceptional service are:

  • Providing and maintaining clean filter protection on all HVAC returns
  • Providing  floor protection in all corridors in the path of travel allowed for  construction traffic and maintaining this protection to ensure a clean  and safe environment for all tenants of the building.
  • Providing  construction toilets and facilities, as needed, to prevent construction  traffic in buildings common restrooms
  • Maintaining a clean job site, free of excessive debris and job-site hazards
  • Maintaining a clean area surrounding construction dumpsters
  • Scheduling  loud or disruptive work to occur after normal business hours or on  weekends to minimize disturbance of other occupants of the property, when possible.
